"I am so grateful for the top-notch care I received here. Following shoulder replacement surgery I was under the care of therapist Bryan Strople. His knowledge, expertise and caring manner helped me to regain normal range of motion in that shoulder. Bryan helped me with at home program to maintain the progress. Then came a knee injury....'Stephanie & staff worked with me to regain strength and avoid knee surgery. Thank you all for your expert care. "

"I am an active 60 year old female. I tore my meniscus in my right knee, doctors recommended surgery, not what I wanted to hear. I decided to try PT first. Lena P. was my physical therapist at HBPT. She was a god send. Not only did she help me physically but mentally as well. She gave me the tools and confidence to achieve my goals and get back to my active self. Yes, I had setbacks along the way and she adjusted my workouts accordingly. She is well educated in her field and truly has compassion for her clients. 5 months later I am pain free, back to my regular activities and no surgery. Thank you, Lena and the wonderful staff at HBPT."

"Went in with an old rotator cuff injury that flared up. Painful and very limited range of motion. After working with Stacy and the other staff for about 3 months I'm almost back to 100%; they really worked wonders."

"I had physical therapy treatments on my left shoulder and upper arm for bursitis symptoms. Stacy did massage therapy and gave me exercises to complete in the office and at home. I felt much better after 1-1/2 months of treatments. I was very pleased with the outcome. "

"I am a firm believer in Physical Therapy and have positive results over and over. I am an active 62 year old woman and life happens and PT is my go-to that gets me back on my feet. At HB PT I have been extremely pleased with the treatment and support I have received. Most recently I worked with David Vu. He was extremely detailed and thorough as he listened to my story asking pertinent questions to help him determine the best course of action. At subsequent session, he listened and modified my exercises effectively. Through time and repetition, I am back to my preferred lifestyle running, walking and working out. He also demonstrated how to tape my knee so I am able to do so as needed and provided me with exercises that I can incorporate into my workouts if the issue returns. Thank you David and HBPT"

"For two months I had the pleasure of being treated by Jessica. She always greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing. Jessica is very knowledgeable of the spine and lower back, which are my problem areas. After her adjustments, I walked out with no pain and feeling much better than upon arrival. I recommend her very highly! !"

"My therapist , Jessica Ramos, was a Godsend in providing me with targeted exercises for my post surgery knee. She was super knowledable of my anatomy and explained how and why the exercises helped in healing and strengthening my knee. She also focused her post workout massage to greatly minimize my stiffness and soreness. All in all , she was the best in my book !!"

"Just wanted to say all the staff is very friendly. I recovered from shoulder surgery. My therapist was Stephanie she was the best. Asked me what my goal was for therapy and what I wanted to achieve. I wanted to get 100 percent range use again. Well with her expertise and help I did. Stephanie just wanted to say thank you very much. I would highly recommend them for you physical therapy. "I am a cyclist and needed therapy for my knee replacement. And I was concerned about how long I would be down. So, I was anxious to get started. They actually let me start before they received the orders from my doctor. My therapist was Stacey Pensinger and she was great. Really showed me where my muscles have tightened up. After just one visit i was able to get more bend in my knee. Before this visit I could only go up a little past 70 degrees. After several sessions she had me at 120 degrees and back on the bike much earlier than I had expected. I've been to several physical therapy facilities in the past but I can truly say this place is professional. "

"I believe in taking time to leave reviews only when warranted, good or bad. I am happy to take time to recognize two of the therapists helping me regain mobility in my hip. Sarah has a great upbeat personality and positive nature makes the exercises more enjoyable. Maria is very Is knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate her stretching and working with me to improve my quality of life and regaining my ability to accomplish my daily tasks."

"The staff far exceeds any other PT location I have been at. Amber is top of the line. She listens, asks questions and has a plan for the healing and explains each step of the way and why you are doing it. I would refer this location and staff to everyone that is looking for helpful, hands on place. Alex and Linward are exceptional as well. I am very grateful I was blessed with this group to help me strengthen my back muscles. I had no idea their plan was key to me getting stronger. No matter how busy they all are they have the ability to make you feel like a priority and your well being truly matters. "These guys are the best and I’ve rehabbed multiple injuries at other HB facilities. Bryan is professional, courteous and knowledgeable and the harbor facility is well designed. From Tamara at the front to Brandon and Matt, they have guided me through a total knee and hip replacement in a condensed timeframe. I highly recommend them."

"I had the opportunity to have 5 months of PT on my shoulder after surgery. Bryon Stroble was caring, empathic and completely competent. My Doctor was pleased with my progress and I am almost back to normal in my everyday life. I would recommend this PT facility to any one for after surgery or accidents. They are the best. "

"In May 2020 I had an ankle replacement due to a very complex, progressive, debilitating chronic pain and poor gait. I started my journey for recovery with Shayna and I can only say that my experience has been nothing but excellent. My progress has been carefully watched by Shayna and she has made incredible strives toward a pain free, functional gait. The entire office has been superb, from the initial contact to make the appointment to working with the PT technicians, and Lyndel. The office is well equipped and is kept clean/sanitized and uncluttered, important during this Covid-19 times. I drive 50 minutes each way to get to their office from where I live and it has been all worth while. "

"I just finished treatment after having back surgery. Working with Shayna, Lyndel, and the Aides, I was able to build up my strength and increase my flexibility so I could start getting back to life again. Scheduling an appointment is easy and the reminder phone calls the day before your appointment are fantastic. I would definitely go back here again if I need to and would recommend them to anyone who needs treatment. I can't thank everyone in the office enough for helping me through my treatment. "
