Risha Strople
Physical Therapist
Risha realized her passion for helping others while enrolling in the Athletic Training Program at UC Davis. She worked as the primary athletic trainer for the men's tennis, women's soccer, and women's lacrosse teams. She graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Biology in 2005.

Immediately after graduating from UC Davis, Risha attended USC for her Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy. She was actively involved with the American Physical Therapy Association as a Graduate Liaison and held leadership positions throughout her time at USC. Risha graduated form USC in 2008.
She began her working career at Select Physical Therapy in Pasadena, CA, where she specialized in treating patients with orthopedic injuries. At this facility she had the opportunity to work closely with world renowned orthopedic surgeons and she served as the primary therapist for Functional Capacity Evaluations and Ergonomic Evaluations.
Risha is currently working with the team at Huntington Beach Physical Therapist Specialists. Risha strives to provide: compassionate care that includes preventative, rehabilitative, and performance-enhancing programs to maximize function and promote well-being in patients of all ages and abilities. She has the passion and skills required to be an effective out-patient physical therapist.
In order to provide the most up-to-date treatments possible, Risha believes strongly in pursuing on-going continuing education. She has taken 75+ hours of courses on evaluation and specialized treatment of the cervicothoracic spine, shoulder, and knee, and in effective taping techniques.
On a personal note, Risha enjoys being an indoor cycling instructor, has an avid passion for dance, and loves to support USC Trojan football - FIGHT ON!
